Ordering Instructions

  1. When entering your delivery address, please confirm that the country, address, and recipient information are correct. If an address is incorrect and needs to be modified, the logistics company may charge an additional handling fee, which will be borne by the recipient. Please use Traditional Chinese characters for Taiwan and English for other regions.
  2. Supports multiple payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal.

Order Status

After you place an order on the official website, you will receive an automatic email notification. Please leave your real and valid email address in the order so that you can be informed of the order status in a timely manner.

Paid : The payment has been successfully processed by the system. The order cannot be modified at this time. If you need to change the order information, please contact FortVax's customer service team ( fortvax.support@tnp.com.tw ) in time.

Delivery in progress : You can check your latest delivery progress through the link in the letter.

Shipping Policy

Delivery time is 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, no delivery on holidays.

Taiwan delivery service

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is completed. Shipping may be delayed due to high volume of orders during holidays or force majeure events.

Overseas delivery service

After the package is sent out, it will take about 7-14 days to arrive depending on the country and region. The delivery time may be extended depending on the courier delivery situation and customs inspections in various countries.

* Product prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, and any other taxes and fees that may be levied by the country of shipment. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties are charges imposed by the customs authorities upon importation of the package into the recipient's country and are not collected by our company. Please inquire with your local customs authority before placing an order.

In case of refusal to pay customs duties

Due to different customs regulations in various countries, goods may be destroyed locally or returned to FortVax. In case of destruction, the recipient shall bear the loss of inaction; If the shipment is returned to FortVax, the recipient can choose the following processing methods:

  • FortVax refunds after deducting processing fees and other derivative fees
  • The recipient pays the export freight and is assisted by FortVax in exporting it again

The recipient cannot be reached

If the recipient cannot be contacted after placing the order, resulting in the order not being shipped, we will refund the original payment method after deducting the handling fee if there is still no response within 7 calendar days after notification.
